APS MCC or ENHANCED MCC is a Course that most of the AIRLINES Require from the Candidates before they enter a Type Rating Course with them.
The Candidate will receive an “Satisfactory Completion of APS MCC Training” CERTIFICATE according to FSTC EUROPE TR-MCC manual.

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE COURSE?
From 12 up to 14 Days
(Max allowable training duration is Six (6) months)
WHO CAN JOIN THE COURSE?
(prerequisites)
- Any ambitious candidate willing to be a Commercial Pilot and fly as a Professional for Airlines, Corporate Business Operators or Privet Aircrafts and Multi Pilot Operation applied.
- Be a Holder of a CPL (Frozen ATPL), CPL/IR or PPL/IR.
(Minimum age to start the course is 16 years old but you cannot take the final check for your CPL (A) until you have completed the 18th year)
- Have an outstanding English knowledge.
(Speak and Write fluently to start the Course. During the course must be achieved a minimum level 4 of ELP)
WHEN CAN I START MY TRAINING?
Any time!
FSTC EUROPE may start an MCC Course any time is convenient to candidate.
Group training is much more efficient than the individual.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE TRAINING?
Theoretical Training
25 hours of MCC Theory (IN-HOUSE / INSTRUCTOR-LED) on the following topics:
- Communication
- Leadership and Team Working
- Situational Awareness
- Workload Management
- Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Monitoring & Cross Checking
- Task Sharing
- Use of Checklists
- Briefings
- Flight Management
- FMS Use
- System Normal Operations
- System Abnormal and Emergency Operations
- Environment, Weather and Air Traffic Control (ATC)
Practical Training
(38 hours flight training on an FNPT II / MCC, FBS or FFS)
- MCC Training (20 hr)
- Advanced Swept-Wing Jet Aeroplane Training (12 hr)
- Advanced Airline Operations Scenario Training (6 hr)
- Final Assessment
2-hour Skill Test Flight with a HCAA Qualified Examiner

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AS A HOLDER OF THIS LICENCE?
The APS MCC (A) Certificate you receive at FSTC EUROPE is an EASA approved Course, recognised by the most Civil Aviation Authorities worldwide.
The holder can apply for his/her first Type Rating immediately,
(providing he/she is a holder of MEP/IR rating and have completed the ADVANCE UPRT requirements).
